Big Celebrations planned in Essex 2005

The Romford & Hornchurch Unit proudly presents a spectacular St. George's Day on the 23rd April. It will be held at the green adjacent to the Queens Theatre, Hornchurch, Essex.

Events will include: stalls, tug-of-war, British Legion Drum & Trumpet Corps, Pearly Queens patriotic look-a-likes and much more. The St. George's Committee is joined by the Hornchurch Traders Association in making this a truely memorable day.

Suffering from a long-term illness, she bravely struggled to maintain as normal a family life as possible. Tina leaves behind her husband Peter and their two girls, Faith and Linda. We wish them well.

In the near future we hope to produce a St. George puzzle sheet for children, which will feature some of Tina's work and serve as a small but fitting memorial to her pride in all that is positive about England.
